Cancellation & Refund

Private reading sessions

All private reading sessions are booked through the contact form and confirmed by email. The session fee is ₩120,000 and is invoiced after the call.

Cancellations

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the session, there is no charge and we can arrange another time.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, we may charge a 50% cancellation fee to cover the reserved time.
If you do not attend the session and do not give notice, the full session fee will be charged.

Refunds

Because the session fee is invoiced after the call, no advance refund is usually needed. If you have already paid in advance and the session is cancelled by Lucid Pavilion, we will refund the full amount within five business days.

Dissatisfaction

If the session did not meet the agreed scope, contact us within seven days. We will discuss the issue and, where appropriate, offer a partial or full refund.
